REMEMBRANCE DAY 2009
Staff and secondary pupils were invited by Mrs Y. Malcolmson and the Standard Grade History' classes to submit a memory or thought,to create a unique archive dedicated to Remembrance Day 2009 . There were over 90 contributions, an excellent response in just one week ! A Collective Book of Remembrance , wall displays, and a Power Point presentation were made. Some people dedicated a poem . Sandy Cluness in class 3 and Mrs McNicol did readings of their moving and thought provoking poems, prior to the two minute silence.
