Physical Education

In this course you will be helped to improve your performance and skill in a range of activities such as Badminton, Fitness, Athletics, Basketball, Swimming and Trampoline. You will learn about how your body operates in different activities, and you will learn to observe, and to accept responsibility.

Checklists, video recordings, question sheets, worksheets etc will be used to build up assessments of your skill and knowledge.
Even if you do not choose the full Standard Grade PE course, you will still have at least one period of class PE per week.
