Several Standard Grade Business Management pupils met with Anderson High pupils to discover how to set up a FairTrade tuckshop in the school.

Three AHS pupils and Mrs Carter, a teacher from the Anderson High School, came to Sandwick on Friday, 2 October.

They told nine S3 pupils how they had set about organising the tuckshop, how often they ran, what types of goods they sold, where they obtained them and how they publicised it.

Having a better idea of how to set up and run the tuckshop, it is hoped that our Business Management pupils will be able to begin the venture next term.
